BMW cas3 and dde (edc16) sync

Hi, dk. Can someone help with this car: i was always getting ews tampering error. read cas3 and edc16. dumps attached. can somebody check, what is wrong or make ecu virgin and ready for sync. thanks in advance. there are two pair of files: one-original read, after customer towed car, second - modified. but still - no luck with modified.

does not work. i don't know if it's a problem with cas, or it's a problem with ecu. disgusting problem. can someone make virgin?
