Clone Siemens SID 802 - Citroen C3 1.4 HDI

Hello,
I have here a faulty ECU and want to make a clone.
Car is Citroen C3 1.4 HDI.
ECU is Siemens SID 802 5WS40021F-T
SW9647202380
HW9643455080

I have here a replacement ECU with exactly same part numbers.

I open ECU and I see flash 29F400.
Eeprom 93C56 is on the other side of the board / PCB.
To make a clone, I only need to change eeprom or eeprom + flash or ???

If sw version other, flash and eeprom?
