has any one opened there box as ive got tuner problem sat not finding channels
the board that connects both tuners has a track broken
i want to know if its supposed to be like that.

its the track with the wire and diode to it at both tuners

Its meant to be like that. Have a look at the psu board to see if the 470uf 10v cap is gone

the cap has been replaced . the cable tuners working fine

when you do a sat scan, connect a multi meter to the lnb out out and see if its switching the 2 voltages for H & V

ive loaded a working chnll list from dream the signal showing on that 89%
on the open its just shows 55%. 0 agc. 0 ber on all chnlls
cant do voltage test till see my m8 at weekend.

did the voltage check today get no volts from the tuner
looks like there no stronger than a clone dream version.

My cousins box has got the same thing but both his tuners have gone, the sat & cable side, re flashed both the sat & cable with new images but still the same, waitingfortime on the cable side & t moving to 13e on the at side but the motorised dish does not move, any ideas?

check the capicitors on the power board and the the main board see if they have blown you get rounded tops if they blow.

just check that the capacitors dont have a bulge on the top
you will notice a diffrence from the normal if blown.

Had the same problem replacing C15 on the power board fixed it wahoooooo :smokin:
