The car was flooded. The engine ECU was replaced. I did shortpin between 4th and 13th for 35 minutes, but it still says error B2799. The car came only with one subkey (G chip). I reset the immo (techstream) and then I wrote the masterkey and also the subkey. The immobilizer sees the both chips now. Security light turns off when i put in the key and turn it , immo light flash without key in ignation. The car starts for one second and then turns off. This error does not erase. What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe ecu -immo comms line faulty? Especially with flooded cars ,corrosion will always be an issue...check your ecu connector plug

ECU and IMMO connector clean

And in between? Maybe a connector plug that's corroded?
