hey members please l have ford ranger 2013 ,l need to change maileage on cluster is 95214 and lt need 72150 .inside cluster eeprom 24c16 .this file from cluster .thanks on advance

hey, members l please file work pafect only l make mistake on milege l was need 74401 .l told to 72301 please can change to be 74401. this fille from cluster.please which software it work on this dash?.or where to buy .thanks on advance
