2015 Nissan Rogue 98820 1VX0A NEED HELP

I recently cleared a 2015 Rouge 1VX0A with a virgin file specific for Altima, Sentra, and Versa expecting it to work. But it didn't and I do not have the original file. Does anyone have a 98820-1VX0A Virgin File? And which programmer should I use: CarProTool, CarProg, or UUProg-s?
