BMW E90 ME9+ - Virginize files ???

Hi... Is there any chance anyone can virginize bmw files here so i can pair with the cas unit in the car as a new never paired unit?

My original ecu was totalled with water damage so unreadable...

Ive taken a full read from the new unit with KTAG and wonder if anyone could help?
