Fgtech v54 E.U Portugese tool Windows 7 issue

Hi done a quick search, all info seems to relate to China clone,
Have a Portugese V54 works excellent Xp 32bit,
I just changed to a windows 7 64Bit Laptop, having a issue with tool,
I get the message Make tool reastablishment, and eobd fails to show screen, just this warning,
I loaded driver ok, and shows ok in control panel, All relevant sw in correct folder c:\Fgtech

I also have tried Xp Compatibility mode, Fail,
I also have the a_fix prog that normally fixes if eobd, fails to load or crashes, says Bad - Red, then Good - Green,

It stays on Bad- Red,
I have backup of Ept etc, tool number 0004
anyone help me get this working on Win 7, 64bit, please and thanks

why not put the 0475 ept on it and use windows 7 program on it ?

Cheers good point, Now if i do that i need to run the china Date Roll back sw ?
or just the Eobds.exe ? or whatever the win 7 patched one is ?

Cheers, Nice 1, doing my head in really need working, just bought ThinkPad with SSD and a shed load of Ram,
and trying to get all kit on loaded, like moving House but more stressfull lol,

as running out ideas, not so sure now real v54, poss V53, Portugal Eu Clone,
work v well XP, win 7 64 bit, no chance yet, had some help by good people in the know, and no success yet,

I?m tryiing to make it work on windows10 with no sucess... can?t install drivers

put windows in test mode and drivers will install , google it m8 its because drivers are not signed to win10 , but fgtech must be updated to 4*** cant remember the number

Tried this too, but no luck... Just remember my tool shall not be 4XX, I remember its 024 or something else.

I got another issue now, USB serial device, not fgtech where been writing with MPROG
whats MPROG actually writing to ? and difference with EE Write ? as got 2 good reads for backup purposes, i install usb serial with CDM tools so driver good but get a code 26 error, But will then allow write with mprog, Im in a Bad loop, cant even use on Win xp now, Damn it.,
Any help, going to bin it on Ebay and buy a mini Fgtech im thinking, or rework the china one in the drawer,
How can i rewrite tool serial so works with FANTOMEL sw ? maybe that may work

That will work, flash the mcu with proper firmware for serial 0475 and use the software that you can download from fantomel recopilation thread about fgtech.
