BMW 2009 CAS downgrading

Had a lost keys on a 2009 BMW today, removed CAS from car tried to downgrade with multitool, didn't connect ( Got a feeling I have a dodgy cable). Done the downgrade with the cas on the car downgraded fine, 45 mins or so.

Then I can read key data, whenever I try prepare dealer key, it says CAS DATA ENCRYPTED, SUPPORT MAKE DEALER KEY FOR IT, ONCE FAILED CONTACT DEALER.


Tried many times but no joy.

Also tried with Zed Full before downgrade and after downgrade, didn't work.

Is there anything I've missed or anything else I can do? Or send customer to the dealer.

u need dump from DME or ISN number , no other solution
