when u change the computer date youre insite need extra certification whit a different code....
if u uninstall and install egain need the same certification code...is some extra pass....I have never try with the initial insite pass activation...I think the problem maybe is the sentinell softw......try deleting all extra insite folders thats can help...m8

I have set my date backward before but the trick is to set the date to some thing the is newer then the last time you opened insite as insite logs the date every time its opened

Why, it so much of a pain. Why not just have the new one. 7.4 and Sept 2010 Incal. Everything is on here. Just update to the new one and you don't have to screw with changing dates and keygens.
