ABRITES AVDI Key learning for Audi A6/A7/A8 with ALL KEYs LOST with licence AN059

I have a 2012 A7 lost keys to do with proximity key but need to quote this job so need some info so i know how to price job
Can a OEM key be made with licence AN059 or can a working key only be made with Abritus key .
If its the case that abritus key is needed to start car then could i program an OEM key into car once Abritus key is programmed .

All key lost was former AN059 , AN049 is with working key , to add key in BCM2 system.
But now if you want to have AN059 you have to buy what ever you do not have form this list to have VN003

OEM keys work fine as spares no problems at all but i just need to let customer know what he will be getting for his money wether a copy key or a copy key an original.
