Nissan PN-2787N CY24C display only "12:00" at power ON, can't made power OFF ?

Hi,

I have one unit with this problem, when I start power ON show me at display only "12:00" when I push second time to power on for made power OFF not go in OFF mode, if I try more time, the same problem and the unit don't play cd or radio.

Unit is Nissan PN-2787 CY24C 28185 EB30B with 24C16 inside.

This unit is from another car and it was at some one for fix the "clear secure" from display and now is "12:00" only.

Know some one what is the problem with this unit , can be bad dump inside ?

I add 3 pins at +12V and GND, need som extra pin to + 12V or at GND some pin ?

If I try to push more time on off buton and the unit not made power off, show me only 12:00 !

I test with another dump for 24c16 and now show me on display "WAIT" and after some seconds "SECURE ", in this condition the old dump what it was inside don't was correctly !

Now can some one give me good dump with "clear secure" for CY24C ?
