Subaru Outback 2012 miles to km

Hi,

my Subaru Outback 2012 is USDM, on dashboard and info/trip display have: miles, miles/gallons, fahrenheit. I need km, l/km, celsius. Can someone help me?

I replaced first line in dump from Euro, km ant celsius is ok, but have problem. Car speed on cluster show 60km/h, but real speed is 95 km/h, i think this is speed index problem, 60 * 1,609 = ~95. Someone can do this?
