yaris 2003 problem with add key

i have yaris 2003 with denso ecu

if i not wrong i find 93c56 chip in this i make key with 4c tiris data with avdi but always the led security blink usualy i have not problem with toyota

i attach with this post archive with original, make with avdi, and swap thanks for you help
