Hello i have a project .audi a5 3.0 tdi capa engine edc17 sw without tuning prot.Car has Bw turbo and cp3 pump
Making file for it ranned in a problem.
I cannot get more then 1600 bar actual rail pressure i get limp with low rail.
I know there are some limitations in file.
Can somebody help?
If so i will post a file...
At least to point.me in the right direction i dont even know what to look..
Rail pressure adjuster stays to max 50..54 duty cycle

Attach your dump, how pressure you want more ?

For the moment I ask 1850 bar ,but perhaps i will go higher then this when all the problems are done

My friend, limitatiom of rail components, are 1600 bars this pressure get in mid to full range... You can increase pressure earlier, but dont overstep this value. For me, when somebody overstep this value is chiptuning bad....

Dont overstep pressure max, change quantity of injection.

Some cars have on common rail mechanical pressure regulator set on 1600 bar.

this is not correct ;-) you can do some more railpressure but without dam no way

you must set so many single value all I and P regulation negative and positive allow diff and some more

but the rail pump is not good . the pump is already broken with original file

I dont say its not posible, but components in common rail system is constructing to max pressure (smalls steel tubes) Sometimes can burst with normal pressure (1600bar) if you increase this pressure, system maybe will unstabile...
