NEED HELP TO SYNC IMMO AND ECU ON RX8

Hello guy,

i have this Mazda Rx8 that has an issue with the immo. The light keeps blinking. the key had gotten lost so i programmed a new chip. But it is still blinking. Can anyone sync the data from the ecu and immo for me? Or is there a way to do it with a machine..
