BMW DDE4 ISN read

Alright, so EWS is toasted and cant read EWS key from module.
Need to replace EWS but for 0281001830 bosch (EDC15C4) can i read full dump with FGtech and then extract ISN or do i need to desolder and read with IC programmer sop8 chip? My IC programmer hasn't arrived yet, can use to write new ISN to new EWS module if i can find the ISN from dump though..

Alright so i need to read 8pin with TL866 right? Cant get from FGtech V54 full dump?

So someone can tell me if it is possible to read EEPROM via obd on EDC15C4 or EDC15 (136hp)? Since i tried on my EDC15 E46 and it was greyed out... Maybe it is there for DDE4.0?
