Fenix 5 immo - i cant write 28F512

Good day,

I have problem with Fenix 5, i was desoldered 28f512 , i can read and erase but i cant write. I have new eprom but there is too problem with write.
I try two types of programmers, two types of reductions but still cant write....

When programmer write, the error message will occur (Write...Error at .....(FF)).

Can you help me please?

Hi,
with a very fine sandpaper clean the leg of eprom and after clean it with spray very well.
First erase the chip and after write.

But i have new chip and there is too problem, i have top2007 and top3100 and on both still problem, i try winxp and win7 and problem too....
