All the tools I have seen (which isn't a lot) need the DME and CAS dump to make a CAS4 key. But Lockdecoders module 246 is the only one I have ever seen that only requires the dump from CAS4 to make a key. I have asked Peter this to make sure this is correct and it is. Maybe thats why they were asking $2000 USD for it. Is the Miraclone unique or do other tools have this capability?

Generate transponders with use of immo dump. Will display the Key cutting code, DME code, Vin number and the amount of keys in the unit. When programming a new Cas key, it will automatically detect if it is the right Cas key for that car.
