best way is to read full bdm and write to new ecu

I need to swap new ecu because my old is damaged and I change 95160 eeprom from old to new, and after that my new ecu have fault with coolant fan and few new faults, is it possible to switch eeprom or another create problem?

You must have the same ECU number and the same software version number. I had a similar problem with the ECU Škoda EDC16U34. The ECU number was the same, but when I used it in the car, there were many error messages inside. The problem was that the ECU number was the same, but the SW and HW versions were different. Or try writing a full BDM.
