help to activate dealer smart key benz e350 2014 ezs FBS 4

pls i have one E350 2014 model the owner order 2 new keys from the company the key shell can open the door but car cant start
is there a procedure to activate the keys?

no dealer near of us and the keys we got from dealer from USA but if we send the ezs to the dealer can he do something as the car is for sale so they cant het it out of the port before selling so its so complicated

insert key in the ignition switch, turn it. wait approx 90 minutes to complete synchronisation. it looks like you ordered replacement keys, wich should teach on car, instead of additional.

but when i put key in the ignition uts not showing calculating or something like that

it shows when it teaches eis, then turn ignition and you got message.
