Problems with Dreambox 500s

Recently purchased one and having problems,
my picture keeps freezing and everytime I change channel it takes a long time to bring picture back.Some of my free to view channels are not coming through either?I initially thought my internet was too slow but I have upgraded the line to 3mb.

What is your set up. Image e.t.c ?
dish size and what sats you trying to view.

sounds to me like your dish is not aligned correctly or has moved, or has been obstructed in some way.

check your co-ax cable , make sure the connector is a tight fit, and the inner and outer strands of cable are not touching ( also nip tight with pliers ), also screw the connector as tight as you can by hand.

changes the co-ax and tightened every thing up, got my boradband upped again to 7mb, I live in apartemnt so have communal dish,so maybe it has moved,gettin a second dish on my balcony this week so i can pick up hotbird channels,

have you any advice on why am missing some free view channels and some channels from my cs subscriptions?
