Can someone tell me the best tool to read and write a 2007 1.6 petrol mini cooper ecu pic now attached

I think it's a Bosch mev17.2 it's listed on kess v2 as obd read and Wright but it's not working any ideas

if you have seimens vdo ecu. you can use kess by obd
