Hi...
Could anyone possibly tell me how to virgin / unlock a used EWS3 unit? My ews3 unit was destroyed after removal from the car so have no original dump to write to a used replacement with ews editor...
I've tried wring the factory defaults in ews edit and adding the vin (although i dont know checksum) then during coding using ISTA-P i always get global error...
Is there possibly a way to Unlock the read dump in a hex editor from a used unit then write it back for programming with BMW scanner? as i did manage to backup the original to a .bup file using this before it was destroyed...
