This might be a bit of an idiot question but I do very few Hondas so please bear with me. Asked to do an extra key for a Honda Accord 2013 model. The keys are supplied numbered driver 1 and driver 2. The documentation I have says you can only have one of each type per car. This makes sense no problem with that.
But my customer already has 2 keys driver 1 and driver 2 and wants a third key. So is there a driver 3 key available or are these cars only able to take 2 keys

Also does any one know the programming procedure for the remote, is it the same as the older Accords? Reason I ask is key diy shows a b series remote using pcf7936 rather than pcf7961 but needs manual procedure to program the remote.

you can get remotes with no driver memory

ity will only hold one driver1 and one driver2 but it can hold more of the no memory keys

Thanks do you know if key diy is correct in stating you can use pcf7936 then manually program the remote? Sorry for so many questions but Hondas aren't normally my thing and the cars miles away

Because I keep getting told only driver 1 and driver 2 remotes are available for these. I'll try another supplier.
