bmw e60 elv

client called me with a problem.
he changed mileage on a E60 and after he get ELV damage (red steeringwheel symbol)
dash is ok and cas is also ok and new mileage is display ok.
everything work on the car only car not starting and displaying ELV damage.
i went over and read the cas with abritus and get CAS Disrupted.
then try to sync cas/elv with abritus but get after resseting cant sync elv.
then i try it with multitool and get also not possible.
is this mean that the ELV is really damage or can it be bringing back to live again?
or is the cas the problem of all of this?

someone can help me out with this.
i also have read the cas out with rosfar, so have the eprom and flash from the cas.

Try to install emulator or post the dump of the cas flash and eeprom and give us more details about car year and cas version

if you have flash damage cas will be dead, did you try to put back old cas eeprom?
