How to get ECU type from car model ?

Hello friends,

is there any software or written catalog which helps me identify ECU based on the car motor or model.

Example:
I have Astra H, year 2005, Z17DTH, and I would like to know which ECU is inside my car.
How to do it for any car ?

Ecu inside is denso .
And yes have something like catalog you can find it is called ksuite vehicle support list and have car ,model,engine,ecu almost all what you need.
