Can anybody help ? this caption keeps appearing on the screen,
creating hardlink to timeshift file failed. the file stystem on your timeshift-device does not support hardlinks. [errno] operation not permitted. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

You need to setup the hard drive/USB drive for recording/timeshift, do the following;

Set Up USB Hard drive for Recording/Time shift and EPG storage
1. Insert your Storage USB drive
2. Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Initialisation, Select your drive and format it
3. Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Ext3 to Ext4, Select your drive and change filesystem
4. Reboot

Was given a zgemma h2 stb spent 4 hrs trying to ftp the box seems the image installed was a preconfigured image that stayed configured even after factory reset. Couldnt ftp the box until i installed manufacturers base image untouched. to find no matter how i tried to install a pluggin that resolves cam issues to find this was a waste of time wouldnt work and telnet ftp software install would not show up in the menu on most of the latest firmwares even though it said successfully installed also noticed same firmware works on other stb's cool

Do a web search for
softcam-feed-mipsel_1.0_all place that in your temp folder then go to install local extension and install that, then, cams should be available in the download plugins menu, I say should. That's what occurs on my box and OpenATV image.
