On my 2001 Audi A4 B6 131HP AWX car with EDC15P+ reading and writing are problematic.

I tried reading and MPPS V16 gave me the promt: Security access: Switch key off and on, this may take several attempts. On the 5th attempt it worked but it didn't work since, I've tried several times, slow mode, normal mode, with the dash fuse removed (The instrument cluster reset it's time and showed fuse, so i guess it was the right one), also writing doesn't work, same error. Can anybody help me, maybe I need to remove another fuse or something?

Try in boot mode

Do you think there is no other way than to open the ecu? In boot mode, can I write the file back that I have read via the OBD port? Just to clearify my ECU is not bricked, I just want to write a tuned file to it.

I solved the issue by running MPPS in Windows 10 and compatibility mode: XP instead of a virtual machine Windows XP!
