I think your problem is the eeprom, I guess you read and write at 3.3 volt, change the eepom, and report.

His mistake was to read in circuit

Trying to read in the circuit opening the 5v try lifting the pin t broke from the eeprom then program a normal smd and install it and nothing there is a dumps that discharge the temperature works but not the rpm and gasoline program with gq4x that inverts the Dump but I program it both ways and nothing
