Yes. New toyota vehicle engine ecu record mileage. clear all dtc using diagnosis scanner ( no need to have dtc but you can erace dtc) then ecu clear mileage. After dusconnect battery terminal or engine ecu then engine ecu not have previos mileage

Engine ecu inside not in eeprom. Ecu inside record it in side mcu NEC Proceser 76Fxxxx
