Hello,
there are two or three (i think) versions of this radio, one have 24c02+24c04, and one with 24c04+24c04 for that i'm sure. I have successfully worked one with 24c02+24c04. I used schematic with 74ls05. I have two radios with 24c04+24c04 and they would NOT work on this interface. For them, there is other schematic with much more components.... But, never try to build that one. Other solution is via serial...

this radio is oldies and is hard to decode
code in "big" Toshiba and counter in eeprom
interface to decode is complicate and work in this way:
program input code and validate. if code is good radio ON, if is wrong, reset counter and try next code. max code 1999.
