FIAT GRANDE PUNTO 2006

Hello,


I try to program a new remote control on a Fiat Grande Punto 2006 with the MVP PRO by diagnostics but I can not go further when I see the menu that asks me if I want to precode the transponder I put yes and then j 'Have an error message: FAILED NO SEED SENT.


I think the MVP pro is not the right tools for this, what do you advise me? I am not sure if I have any eeprom yet.

Unless the remote is from the dealer and precoded to vin, you wont currently be able to program with mvp pro. Only possible with other tools.

mvp pro with the smart dongle and the smart ariel can precode some fiat models , but the smart dongle and smart ariel is required . other tools at present are abrites and zedfull that offer this coverage . via eeprom tmpro is also very good . but none of the equipment will do these 100% they all have gaps in coverage . sure fire way is to order dealer key then you can code it with mvp pro .

I did a Fiat Grande Punto 2007 a few days ago on the Zedfull.

HVRM110 Emulator key from Hickleys. No issues at all.

I believe only fiat 500 currently working with smart aerial for remote (but not personally tested it yet). Miraclone will also do it via eeprom method.

Via eeprom Is it not too difficult to remove the ecu in the car?

No, its not too difficult. On grande punto its behind where dlc plug is, on 500/fiesta behind glovebox.

Pull BCM out , read 93c86 use effi and clone zedbull to precode remote key and give you pin then program to car using pin by OBD with MVP pro

Hi everyone i have the same problem with my grande punto. I want to program remote but i can't. I have a new virgin remote and i have programmed the remote with abrites clone now car star but the remote didn't work. So how can i precode remote with effi because i have tried but it is impossible
