question about opcom

i have a astra g and i purchased a new key ,i adapted the immo ok car starts but when i enter in body-central locking door it won't connect to module to adapt the remote ,but the old remote works fine open-close ,but i cannot connect to the module to learn new key remote....why?

If the vehicle is fitted with an alarm, the remote will be programmed in the alarm module.

A Megamos remote will be required for the alarm system.

i have tried to enter in body-alarm ,i hit programming to remote there it demand a securty code i have enter the carpass for the immo but it say that its not ok....why?
