Malaguti Madison 250 Eeprom location

Hi!

I have a Malaguti Madison 250 (old, maybe 2001-2002) dashboard.
Where does this stores the km data?
I can't find any EEPROM. 1 Pic, 1 LCD driver, and a small thing that looks like an EEPROM, but based on the sign(317LB) its a linear voltage regulator.

whats numbers large chip in pic 2?

There is nothing under the cap, just few smd resistors and quartz crystal.
The main ic is pic16f872.

I tried to read, but all section is 0 (code/data).
Is it possible its code protected? The fuse bits are not so clear to me:
