Hi mates.

I swapped key electronic and transponder to a new key housing from my sister?s hyundai i30. I checked key on bench with frequency tester : 433 MHZ - fine. But the remote on the car does not work anymore. How can i sync the key to the car again ?

If you have bad switch, remote wont work, even you can see frequency in tester. Change all switch to new, rework all solder joint
It happen to me several time with Hyundai, Kia and others brands car.
Kia, Hyundai no need sync or you can try reprogram only remote with X100 (no need pincode)

Now, remote works fine. But, i cannot start the car. I swapped transponder from old to new housing. It was not easy to remove transponder. I think, i damaged while removing. Which transponder i need ? How program key to first generation i30 ? I own AVDI and gambit.

i did not read with AVDI. I have not a hyundai license. Key was in ignition lock, car did not start. I cannot read key in protag. I disassembled key again and tried to read transponder in protag, too. Without success. So, i think, transponder damaged while disassembling key the first time. I have seen, in protag (tagtool) software hyundai i30 is listed and i need pcf7936as transponder and i have to read eprom from ecu. Is this right ? Does it really works ?

Use blank PCF7936 direct programming.
But you need pincode from VIN. X100, Fvdi can do easy over OBD.

I cannot give you pin from Vin, you need ask for someone else or buy online.
I have no ADVI, so don't know. But FVDI full is clone from AVDI can do.
