reprogram the original remote control to peugeot 406

hello I have just got a car Peugeot 406 2000cc , 2004 ,, after changing its ecu , the remote didn't work anymore

is there a way to reprogram it ?

Data for remote is stored in BSI module not engine ECU. If you changed BSI you need to reprogram it of course.
