Actros 2535 key logiv need

I made 2 actros 2001my with 93c86 inside and both ok. Third actros is newer 2003my and also dash is diferent from other, when ignition ON write CODE and disapear )engine crancing) but if not put transponder shows same. I made transponders with gambit, please someone to check is key logic ok

i cant write data to t5, I have gambit,tango, kmrw but all I tried not work
when I wrate your data with kmrw it said veryfy ok ,but then all data 0000000
Other T5 I have are glass and to write data with kmrw not goes, to write directly from gambit works ok

How to write this data I have no idea, if tango cant and kmrw write secesfull but when read is not ID13 but ID20-T5 and all data 0000000000

Update: engine started with my logic generated with gambit. MR code is normal when shows on dash lcd. With good key on dash DTC info not shows any error, if put wrong id13 then also dtc in lca "immo active"
Non starting problem was air lost in clutch. ...
