The immo data cloning is piece of cake (with the right tools). And if we could find out where in eep the coding is located then it should be no problem.

And yes, we all (or just some ;-) ) can do immo 4, immo 5, golf7 (immo 6?), edc17C74... etc etc. no problem mate

I just talked with some expert for this stuff and the coding is in flash. So you need to find the right flash for 6 gears and this ecu and then flash that (if that exists!!). As the ecu is not only made for specific engine, it's also made for specific gearbox.

What maybe could work (not 100% sure). Make tprot off and then flash the old flash on the donor.
