BMW 320d E90 EDC17CP02 EGR+DTC OFF

Hi I have a problem with EGR of BMW E90 320d 177 HP EDC17CP02.
The stored DTC error codes are as follows:
4CAE sensor position recovery exhaust signal erroneous
40D4 Defective exhaust gas recovery actuator (ARF)
4C9E exhaust gas recovery valve plausibility
4501 regulation exhaust gas regulation deviation of the rule.
I want to remove EGR and these DTCs.
Any help appreciated. Attached file ORI.

Your file egr off.
U can disconnect connector from egr.
Pass PM.

I think lui93 is hysteresis,ok,but take a look to mariusca file,I think there are all switches.

Hi mate , there is this pdf. on how to install swirl flap blanks. From step 5 onwards it shows you how to remove the EGR valve. You can soak it in EGR valve cleaning fluid, carb cleaning fluid or brakes cleaning fluid. It is going to be messy. You will need a tooth brush to remove the dirt.
