Kess 99% truck Protocols Greyed Out

Hello Gents,
I have a issue with my clone,

There is Limited to no truck protocols allowed to be used.

I've used 2.08 , 2.06, 2.13, 2.15.

All have the same issue.

I was told from seller it can read and write to trucks, but for now it is limited.
Please any help be appreciated.

Your problem is wrong firmware. Is it xxx818 serial? You need xxx212 ending serial or latest 5.017 firmware(its full open, also heavy trucks activated)
You cannot replace firmware, need new NXP with other firmware.

Thank you, that confirm my suspicion that i was sold something without heavy trucks. Yeah serial was xxx818.

that serial is cars/bikes only

use 4.024version for truck or 4.036 s/n K09021102
