Needle flickering

Hello all, hello all, I have a question about mostly Honda and Mazda dashes. After removing and reinstalling needles, they seem to flicker or jump on Startup. what causes this and what can I do to resolve it?

Once happened to me on Honda Brio, solved by drilling and put an "hard to see' needle stopper there, like one old cars have :biggrin-new:
