VW individual roof mounted DVD player

Hi, i have a VW individual roof mounted DVD player in my 2006 VW touareg, how do i go about obtained the code for it? I have tried '0000'. I have seen something on the forum regarding dump files but am unsure on the process of obtaining a dump file to get the code from it.

Yes, they cannot help. I contacted vw customer services to see if they could contact the dealership the vehicle was purchased in and i am yet to hear back from them. My local dealership said they could not obtain the code.
