2011 Ford Ranger 95320 PIN Code

Hello

Can anyone please confirm the pincode for this IMMO file from Ford Ranger ECU in attached file

Tango is saying PIN is 78876623 I am looking at the pin in the file and it looks like it is not correct and it may be 78786623 I have made keys to this car before with emulator but client lost keys again and I want to add factory 8C by PIN code and am not sure if this is correct sequence.

This is transponder 8C model I do not think that tool can do
