Hi can anyone help Immo off eeprom and Flash for ECD15VM+
Tried eeprom and write protect but no joy must need flash also

No joy .... Looking through other threads it seems as though I also need modified Flash file.

Use diagnose equipment and look if any dtc is present.

you need to adapt injector pump if you swapping with this pin 08657

Injection Pump Swapping

Prerequisites:



The NEW Injection Pump is installed in the car.
Battery voltage at least 12.5 V.
Make sure to have the Immobilizer PIN, for the Engine Control Unit (ECU).

[01 - Engine]


[Login - 11]



4-digit PIN

The PIN needs to be entered as 5-digit number. For example, if your PIN is 1234, enter 01234.



[Do it!]


[Adaptation - 10]
Enter 050 in "Channel Number".
[Read]

[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]





Switch OFF the ignition and let the car sit for ~1 minute, then switch ON the ignition again.
Start the Engine to verify the adaptation was successful.

Original fault is with dash but fvdi can't seem to fix Def on this on ..locks up after reading conf then can't communicate with cluster to complete repair.
Just wanted to get car going until I can sort cluster out.

after immo off car start with and without dash ! you change ecu or diesel pump ?

read from dash 24c08 and post dump for repair def !
