Need help for IMMO Off (Golf mk4 1,6 1999)

I want to immo off my VW Golf mk4 1,6 SR (1999).

My ECU is a SIEMENS 06A 906 019 AK - 5Wp4417 (2 plugs)

I don't know what to choose to extract bin file, 8 or 16 bits?

I flashed eprom and car start again :)
Is it normal that the immo light is still flashing? Do you have any solution for that?
