Hi DK community,
Went to see a Nissan Presage yesterday as the customer said that the vehicle did not start anymore.
1. Smart key seems to work, doors open, release steering lock
2. With ignition on, green key light on for about a second and immo light on continuously
3. Car did not crank
4. Try programming key, I get bcm pin
5. When trying to program key, no communication with ECU
This is what I think, ECU faulty as all fuses are ok.
Now if there is a ECU swap, I imagine it has to be sync with the immo.
Options?
1. Swap eeprom/s, from old to new?
2. Program with MVP programmer, possible?
If eeprom/s need changing, does anyone know which ones? ECU still in vehicle, so I have no information on it yet.
