Hi
Please Help me to find the Cooling Fan Activation Temperature in ecu Bosch ME7.4.4.
At current condition the low-speed fan start on 97 C and high-speed Fan start on 108 C and I want to change it.
What is factor and offset of coolant temperature on this ecu?

Dump is attached.

Post your file here...
1. Which type of Fan you have? With stages, or is linear...
2. At which temp. (coolant, through diag!) the Fan starts to spin at all and at which temp. the fan is at highest speed?

here is the file ......
the fan should have 2 speeds and the 2nd part 97/98 °. this is what the mechanic I am doing is telling me.
knowing that there is control on the map I wanted understand us a little more ....

97/98 is not too high temp. for highest stage of the cooling fan, my own car starts at 102...
Maybe you should clean/replace the radiator itself... cooling pump etc...

Anyway, you can try this file...

Could you not have left organic system as was and added external temp thermostat from ebay

yes I know that there are other solutions like external thermostats, switches etc ..... but I wanted to understand where the management was in the map .....
thanks anyway ..... as soon as I have the machine available again I'll do a test .....
with this file how many degrees did you anticipate ??

It is complicated, but... here is the map, which i think is responsible for the cooling fan actuation depp. from the engine temp.
