Hi, i wanted to programm second key on my Ibiza 2013 Magneti Marelli Dash with FVDI Clone. After programming key car doesn't start, on dash is "no key" and immo is on. I was with a car at dealership to try coding both keys, but they can't and said there is something wrong with ECU, actualy user from this Forum said, that just fix Dash dump . it would be nice if you could help me. Your CS has deleted same as the one I had

would it not being better just to get your key cloned later vag cars without proper tools do not touch especially with fvdi as half what they claim does not work .

I used FVDI, LAUNCH X431 and VCDS to read faults:

ECU:
013192 P157000 - Engine Control Module (ECM) disabled,
Engine ECU is locked , Engine Control Module not authorized,

Immo:
B104A00 - Engine Control Module (ECM) not authorized
B104C29 - Key - Implausible signal

Maybe key is need to programming? Dash Dump is still wrong( CS is integrated) ? Dash is damaged by FVDI ? Engine ECU is need to unlock?

Its possible with ODIS Engineering to flash Engine ECU and Dash to factory settings( like smartphone) ? I read that if Immo is on can't flash with ODIS. I can't imagine that Engine ECU is damaged or broken, because FVDI just programmed Key in Dash, so the problem is Dash and Keys. It is possible to remove/delete Immo of ECU and Dash?

ECU is Delphi DCM 3.7 FGTech Galletto V54 is supporting now this ECU.

Yes, if i knew it, i would make it. I thought its just possible for older cars. After i got this problem i talked with Locksmith and he told me that ID48 is possible to clone

I couldn't find another seat with that type of dash to check when the customer rang me, I checked about 10 other Ibiza and none had that MM dash and when the car came back from seat with a new dash it wasn't a MM

Might be worth posting in the original post as another guy posted a dump which had a few lines above the CS different or download them all and check the difference and try changing that part

You are lucky it is your own vehicle. Then the stress level is totally different.
Try to get hold of your old keys, dash and ECU.
Send the ECU to a pro company to unlock and read out the info.
Together with the key there is a chance to find a solution.
I think it is 4th immo MM with 9S12 1M80F.

Either members here, or the company will eventually come up with a working solution.

don't worry YUGO45 will help you with repaired file for dash . if you are lucky car start again . but sometimes must synchronise ECU to dash too . tray use VCDS with pin code to do that as you don't have original AVDI to adapt ECU directly.

Depend how many times you try to start car after this happen. If you try to many times then yes it can be up to 255 min.

255 min = 4 hours and 15 minute you must leave ignition on by connecting the charge to the battery of your seat. but after if any wrong done by your fvdi it will count again lock time 255 min. if you can found good tool it will be OK, cause by fvdi no solution, if you search in dk lot of problems done by users fvdi, so try write the dump which load above for you yugo45. and let us what will happen, if not done so after you can retry the dealer service cause before your dash data was damage, and now by yugo45 dump the dealer can re-adapt.

How to find out how long to wait with ignition on?

If you not sure then leave it 4 and half hr on charger with ignition On, There is Nothing to loose.

It goes something like this , after 3 times start car it will lock 10 min, then go on 20, 30 , 40
if you try to log in with wrong Pin, it will lock 10 min , so if you type 25 times wrong pin , it will lock 250 min.
So lets say you try to start 15-20 times and dealer try to readopt few times , that is already pass 2hr.

No , my dump is just fixed CS and keys, but lock out time has to be done with ignition On, no other way. Like I said , put car on Charger , then ignition On for X amount of the time,I know I told you before 2 hr, I suggest now4.5 Hr since you did 100 things that you should not , after 4.5 Hr turn ignition off . and after that start car.
Lunch or VCDS or any other diagnostic tool do not have adaptation enable , so if you put Pin it will set lock out time.
Next time if you want to do something like this , come here and ask before you end up in situation like this.

Hi, I flashed your dump and it still shows no key on BC, but immobilizer on doesn't show. I will wait now 4h with ignition on and tell if it helped.

After 4h30 waiting with ignition on the problem wasn't solved. On BC Display is no keys message car start and shut down after 1sec, but immobilezer on message is away!!!. I think there is still problem with Keys in the dump. I checked immo data with FVDI it showing 2 keys in memory, but yogo45 told that 3 keys are programmed. I tried also other dumps from haroutioun and pandokrator, the result is the same. I read fault memory and it showing the same faults like last time: Engine is disabled and Immobilizer (ECM) not authorized. I suppose ECU will be unlocked as soon Immo will get correctly key.

I dont know, maybe you're right. Original AVDI quite expensive, if i would need for work i would buy, but i just need it in this case.

Key tag can read key ID, it is ID48.
Also you can Use Immo plus 13.6 like it show on video and add extra transponder and see what will happen.

I don't think this dump will help you, because if you have the same issue you need AVDI. I would reluctantly connect FVDI to my car again, because reading isn't safe too.

Write this eeprom back to dash, reset dash and it should start and run car.
FVDI is know to mess up this dash . Use better tool for this type of the dash.
