Peugeot 607 2002 Sagem BSI PIN

Hi

I have Peugeot 607 2002 with Sagem BSI (damaged probably). No any car data when diagnose with Peugeot Planet.
I desolder lower board of BSI and read 93c66, also read 5p08C3 from EDC15, but any programs not recognize PIN in this files.
Please help me decode pin, and check 93c66 if not damage.

In BSI OK, file is broken. But why no PIN in EDC15?
I reset BSI to virgin and put correct PIN code (and all other configurations) and engine start.
Don't touch EDC15 configuration.
So, in this EDC15 no exist PIN code?
In this case, how to ECU and BSI synchronise immo?
Maybe earlier some person disable immo in this EDC15?
